Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation

Ambassador Thomas Armbruster is pleased to announce The Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation Grant (AFCP) for 2015.  This is an annual competition which supports projects in the categories of Cultural sites;Objects and collections of objects from a museum, site, archive, or similar institution; and forms of cultural expression.

Grants may range between US $10,000 – $ 100,000.00.  A clearly itemized and concise budget plan must accompany each proposal.

Complete project proposals are due to the Embassy by Tuesday, December 30, 2014.

The length of a proposal is not an issue; focus on the quality of the content. Proposals that succinctly, directly and thoroughly communicate the Who, What, When, Where, How, and Why of a project stand out in the minds of reviewers.

Please view Grants & Funding Opportunities for a complete description of the Grant and requirements. Should you require assistance or have queries in the preparation of your proposals contact Darlene Korok at 247-4011 or write to Majuropd@state.gov citing the subject “AMBASSADOR’S FUND FOR CULTURAL PRESERVATION”
