Ambassador Stewart opened the USAID-funded Climate Ready Project Management Course that was held at Majuro’s USP campus. The course was attended by a cross-section of government officials, NGOs, and private sector leaders. This is the fourth training course organized by USAID, through its Ready Project, in partnership with the University of the South Pacific’s Pacific Technical and Further Education (TAFE). After completing four complete units, participants qualify for an accredited certificate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute of the U.S. For more information about Climate Ready read here <https://www.pacificclimatechange.net/sites/default/files/documents/Climate%20Ready%20Fact%20Sheet_Final.pdf>.
