Dewey Moore is the political, economic, and consular officer at U.S. Embassy Majuro. Prior to arriving in Majuro, he worked at the State Department’s Office of Intellectual Property Enforcement in the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs. He also served two tours in Seoul, including a year-long stint inside South Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an exchange diplomat, and for two years in Guangzhou, China. Before joining the Foreign Service, he worked as an attorney in the Securities and Litigation Section of WilmerHale in Washington, D.C. He holds a J.D./M.A. in Law and Asian Studies from the George Washington University and a B.A. in Korean and International Relations from Brigham Young University.
