Request for Quotations Generator Installation at Residence (PR9720742)
The U.S. Embassy in Majuro has a requirement for a generator and automatic transfer switch installation at a residence. The generator and automatic transfer switch are physically located on site but not connected/installed.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is PR9720742 and is issued as Request for Quotation. The quotation should address the requirements in associated Specifications / Work Statement document. Please note, this contract will take place on Majuro atoll in the Marshall Islands. Current travel restrictions prevent inbound international travel, any technical staff required for the execution of contract must be currently present in the Marshall Islands.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting a technically acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on the initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
Quotations are due by Feb 25, 2021 no later than 12:00 PM.
