U.S. Embassy Majuro is pleased to announce the visit in Majuro of the music ensemble Trio Chicago & Friends for the 2014 U.S. Independence Day Celebrations.
Trio Chicago & Friends is an American music ensemble praised for its annual tours to remote parts of the globe as cultural ambassadors. The group has been consistently recognized for its stylistic versatility in concerts, and for its master classes and teaching interchanges with local students. Trio Chicago & Friends features American music by composers such as Gershwin, Ellington, Bernstein, Copland, Cole Porter and Irving Berlin.
Trio Chicago & Friends will be playing at CMI basketball court on July 5th at 11am.The public is invited to join us at the U.S. Independence Day Celebration and listen to all time standards of American music.
